 I must say, this was the best experience ever when it comes to a tow service.  I called late at night and a  gentleman named Ibrahim promptly answered.  He tried to help me with my car before we came to the agreement that I need a tow to the mechanic.  He was extremely courteous and polite   . Even though it was late and I'm sure he had a long day, he kept a smile the whole time .  Best service experience! Ibrahim (Alliance Towing) arrived with a smile and quickly assessed the towing situation. He was extremely professional and results-focused in addressing the unusual issue which involved jacking up the car and removing a cloth tarp twisted behind the wheel. Instead of simply towing the car away to nearest garage, he said "lets just deal with this now and you can be on your way home". Within 5-7 minutes, the job was done to my complete satisfaction.
